Novavera “Olive Oil Production”

We have produced a documentary film about the olive oil production process for NovaVera.

The filming for the documentary took place over two days in Ayvalik, Turkey.

Ayvalık is a beautiful coastal town located in the northwestern part of Turkey. The town is known for its historical buildings, charming streets, and stunning beaches. However, Ayvalık is most famous for its production of high-quality olive oil. The region’s climate and soil conditions make it an ideal location for growing olives, and Ayvalık’s olive oil is regarded as one of the best in the world.

The process began with drone shots of the olive grove early in the morning, and concluded with the bottling of the olive oil at the NovaVera factory.

NovaVera aims to differentiate itself by implementing clean, sustainable, environmentally-friendly, and health-oriented methods in both olive cultivation and olive oil production.
